SHIPPING: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and ship-to location. We have a range of different options available to ship both within Australia and around the world. We double box all orders to help protect the original boxes. A postage calculator is available once you've added items to your shopping cart.

PAYMENT: We accept payment by credit card and PayPal from customers globally. If you're in Australia, we also accept payment by EFT and Australia Post money order. Details will be provided at checkout. Credit card payments are processed securely through PayPal, an eBay company. AUTHENTICITY: We guarantee that all products listed and sold by Sole-Provider are authentic and have originated from retail stores. We do not sell, nor condone the selling of, counterfeit goods. If you have a question about the authenticity of an item, whether it be on eBay or another website, feel free to email us at info@soleprovider.com.au. We're always happy to offer an opinion.

GUARANTEE: All items are shipped at the risk of the buyer. With this in mind, we offer tracking of items through the Express Courier International  and Registered Post services. All sneakers are sold as is. Please note the older sneakers are, the quicker they may deteriorate - glues and paints on sneakers don't last forever! Please refer to the manufacture date in each sneaker listing for an indication of how 'vintage' each pair is.

RETURNS: You may return any item purchased on our web site, at your own cost and risk, within 7 days of receipt. Pending inspection, a credit will be issued to you for the value of the item, minus any costs incurred by Sole Provider. Delivery fees are non-refundable except in the case of faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
